2.2 The user agrees to use the Site exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. It is forbidden to:

3. Bookings
3.1 To make a booking, the user must follow the instructions on the Site or send a request via email to casalepetrarolo@gmail.com
3.2 Prices shown on the Site are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Different rates may be present for the same stay, subject to different conditions. Before making a reservation, it is necessary to carefully check the presence of such conditions. Any cheaper rates might be subject to special conditions by the accommodation facility, for example, restrictions on cancellation or refund. When booking a stay, you agree to pay the accommodation facility the agreed price for the specific offer and simultaneously accept the conditions indicated for cases of booking cancellation, no-show on the agreed date, or early departure. We remind you that for some rates or special offers, cancellation is not possible or prepayment of the stay is required without any possibility of refund. Therefore, before making a reservation, it is necessary to carefully check the conditions provided in the stay offer.
3.4 Payment methods: we accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer. All payments must be made within the terms indicated in the booking confirmation.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policies
4.1 The user can cancel their reservation according to the following terms:
- Up to 20 days before arrival: full refund.
- Less than 20 days before arrival: application of a penalty equal to the entire amount of the stay.
4.2 In case of cancellation by us (for example, for technical reasons or force majeure), the user will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

5. Limitations of Liability
5.1 We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or free from technical errors. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the temporary inability to access the Site, for disruptions or malfunctions connected to the use of the internet network beyond our control or that of our suppliers.
5.2 We are not responsible for any errors in the contents of the Site (for example, incorrect information on prices or availability).

- any loss of commercial opportunity and any other loss, even indirect, possibly suffered by the User that is not a direct consequence of the breach of contract by the Owner
- erroneous or unsuitable use of the Application by Users or third parties
In no case can we be held responsible for an amount greater than twice the cost paid by the User.
5.5 We are not responsible for circumstances beyond control, due to force majeure events or, in any case, unforeseen and unforeseeable events and, in any case, independent of our will.
The fulfillment of obligations on our part shall be considered suspended for the period in which force majeure events occur.
We will take any action in our power to identify solutions that allow the correct fulfillment of our obligations despite the persistence of force majeure events.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 The Conditions are subject to Italian law.
For Professional users, for any dispute relating to the Application, execution, and interpretation of these Conditions, the court of the place where the Owner is based shall have jurisdiction.
For Consumer Users, any dispute relating to the application, execution, and interpretation of these Conditions will be referred to the court of the place where the Consumer User resides or has elected domicile, if located in the territory of the Italian State, without prejudice to the right of the Consumer User to appeal to a judge other than the "consumer forum" pursuant to Article 66 bis of the Consumer Code, competent for the territory according to one of the criteria set out in Articles 18, 19 and 20 of the civil procedure code.
The application to Consumer Users who do not have their habitual residence in Italy of any more favorable and mandatory provisions provided for by the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence is reserved, particularly in relation to the period for exercising the right of withdrawal, the period for returning Products in case of exercise of such right, the methods and formalities of communication thereof, and the legal guarantee of conformity.
9.2 Online Dispute Resolution for Consumer Users The Consumer User residing in Europe must be aware that the European Commission has established an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool. This tool can be used by the Consumer User to resolve any dispute relating to and/or arising from contracts for the sale of goods and the provision of services concluded online in a non-judicial manner. Consequently, the Consumer User can use this platform for the resolution of any dispute arising from the contract concluded online.
